Yesterday, I went down to the Lake Front in Milwaukee. I have been going there for the last few years or so, taking pictures of seagulls.

A Woman came up to us... I called her the "Bird Patrol". She told us we couldn't feed the seagulls. That the birds damage the lake! I looked at her like she was nuts. I have never heard of anything so crazy before. The birds damage the lake? What about waste they dump into the lake? She told us it was a Milwaukee ordinance. Where was this Lady in her little beach car, every Sunday when I went down there?

Can you tell I was not a happy camper?

We were just about the only ones on the beach. It's not like there was this huge crowd that was going to get dumped on by seagull poop!

I guess I will have to find another spot to take shots of the gulls. I am not going to let this stop me!
